Would you like to add air plants or succulents to your order?
The fee for succulents and air plants is additional and will be applied to your order accordingly.
We offer two types of container choices. Glass or ceramic. Also option for designer's choice! Please specify what you prefer below.

Will your order be delivered or picked up?

Please specify the address below if you will be needing delivery and we will include the delivery cost in our quote. Specific delivery time will be confirmed once your order has been secured. There is no fee for picking up the order at our studio but we require a 30 minute commitment window for our staff to be on hand at our SE Portland Studio.

1. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice 2. We reserve the right to choose flower and greenery varietals, containers and ribbon best suited for your order 3. It is extremely important to note that our floral arrangement sizes, quantity of flowers and color variations will vary from the images on our site depending on the specifics of your order 4. We do not take orders more than eight calendar months in advance or less than seven days in advance and may take rush requests with a fee upon availability 5. Orders outside of Oregon will be subject to tax additions. 6. We require a $500 minimum on all orders (excludes tax and delivery) 7. If your event is more than 2 weeks away, we require a non refundable retainer of half of your order cost in order to reserve the event date with us 8. Your final balance is due exactly two weeks (14 days) prior to your delivery or pickup date, if final payment is not received promptly your order will be held 9. In the case that your event is cancelled on or before the 15th day prior to your event, you will not be billed for the remaining payment 10. Set up or door to door delivery service requires a specified "point person" to meet our delivery crew to "sign off" on the items delivered or set up. 11. We can not accept liability if your goods are lost or damaged after delivery and "sign off" 12. In the extreme and unlikely circumstance that we need to cancel your booking, or are unable to fulfill your order due to acts of god, injury, accident or any other circumstance, we will find another suitable supplier or we will provide a full refund depending on which you choose 13. You agree and acknowledge that "PDX Flower Stop” is not responsible or accountable for any personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods supplied to you, or on behalf of you 14. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE: In the case of an unforeseen natural event, like an earthquake, major flood or drought, pandemic or death in family etc. SELVA FLORAL &/or PDX Flower Stop is exempt from performing Service Contract and all monies paid are non-refundable/ non-transferable. 15. A design fee of 20% is added on to each order.
